In the event of a technical error during bet placement, no liability shall attach to baa99 for bets that were not confirmed. 8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the baa99 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, permanent banning, and forfeiture of all balances, including real money and bonus funds:

• Creating or operating multiple baa99 accounts for the purpose of claiming duplicate bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.

9 Intellectual Property
